In the print dialog box, when you click in the "From X to Y" fields,
there is an implied "use this option", I think, and the "From"
radio button should get selected.
i.e, I want to print pages 1-2, so I click and put "2" and hit
print. This is Word's behaviour and it's a nice touch and I
think abiword would benefit by having it.
