I have found and fixed another pilcrow bug; as I had already made 
the changes to exclude the pilcrow from width calculations in my 
tree, this is now committed as well :-).

I also commented out several asserts in fp_Line of the type 
m_iWidth <= m_iMaxWidth; these were flawed, as our line can 
legally be wider than m_iMaxWidth due to the fact that m_iWidth 
includes trailing spaces which are ignored during line breaking.
