The RTF importer was not ignoring leading spaces properly. This patch fixes
bug 1207 by:
1. Use NextToken() within the font table parsing
2. Fix NextToken() to ignore leading spaces (spaces at the beginning of a
It also removes parsing of the "panose" keyword, which was parsed but not
used. This keyword, or any that includes a non-numerical parameter, will
break NextToken (actually, ReadKeyword()) if not enclosed in braces
{\*\panose020206080507}.
The patched file was tested against the RTF files in the test directory, as
well as bug1207.rtf
