PATCH: Updated RTF export/importer

This is not finished. But I have improved the importer so that styles
don't have to be in the right order for import. (ie a style does not hav
eto appear  it's basedon is imported.)

Many fixes to export including indents and code style.

It currently segfaults on export.

Should be easy to fix (I had it working earlier) but i have to stop now.

Feel free to fix this folks :-)
