Kudos for ptbl_overview.html -- is it new?

I've started to find some of the documents like
http://www.abisource.com/doxygen/ptbl_overview.html.  Kudos to whoever
put it together, it's very helpful.

Question: Has this information been in cvs for a long time, or was it
created more recently with the creation of the doxygen documentation?
