I'm fairly certain this has been fixed. localcharset.c (?) needs LIBDIR to
be defined but AbiWord's Makefile.abi didn't define it. All that's needed
is
-DLIBDIR=\"\"
to be added to CFLAGS in (I think)
libiconv/libcharset/lib/Makefile.abi
