Small makefile issue

Hello.

In the abi_defs.mk file, the following line appears:
        EXTRA_LIBS +=
"C:\\\\Pritchett\\\\Compilers\\\\Perl\\\\lib\\\\CORE\\\\perl56.lib"

Which seems VERY platform specific  :-)  Removing the line makes
ABI_OPT_PERL=1 compile on Win32. It is probably a debugging line from
my erroneous error report, so don't hit Michael  :-)
