I expect that someday AbiWord will support headers and footers in all
the ways that Word97 does -- different on the first page, different for
odd and even pages, and different after a section break. It appears
that AbiWord does allow you to define new headers after a section break,
at least of the "page" type. (I haven't tried any others.)
