Outstanding patches

Hub and Martin won't be able to look at patches for the next week or so and I've
lost track of what's outstanding and what's not.

So, if you have outstanding patches that you'd like to get committed to the
tree, please resend them to me/the list GZipped and I will look them over,
critique, and hopefully apply them. Diff against cvs head please.
