Hello all, The bidi builds are failing since ut_iconv.h included in ev_Menu_Label may not have iconv.h in its include path. Here's a tiny little Makefile patch so libiconv's iconv.h is properly included when needed. Its the same thing from some of the other Makefile's in other directories, so it should work on other platform's, but only tested under Windows.
