New product in bugzilla

[Hubert Figuiere]

I have added a new product in bugzilla: AbiWord Plugins.
This is dedicated to handle bugs for the plugin set that is a separate item
in the distribution.

There currently are 4 components:
-Installer
-AbiMagick
-AikSaurus Plugin
-gdict
