I'm aware of it, and have the highest respect for Doug's work in this area. Unfortunately it's a bit on the large side (more than a little bloated in terms of source size - tar+gz is over 6 MB, unpacked it's about 35 MB in 5329 files, no wonder Doug doesn't display file size on the D/L page). Besides, we're initially (for the foreseeable future) sticking to the communication- and synchronization-code we've got. We've got more than enough cleanup to do without having to try to extract and maintain a subset of another library I think. /Mike
