Rather than 'hack' ut_math.h, I've decided to remove the -D_XOPEN_SOURCE
definition in src/config/platforms/freebsd.mk (it's not defined by
configure so parity is restored...) - I hope this makes rint visible.
o fix typo in abi-xml-parser.m4
o remove duplicate xap_UnixDlg_Image.cpp entry in makefile
o don't define _XOPEN_SOURCE on FreeBSD
o scandir const-ness difference on FreeBSD & OpenBSD in ap_UnixApp.cpp
