Wrong. Only UNIX platform use Gtk. BeOS platform use BeOS API QNX platform use the Micro GUI widgets MacOS platform use CarbonLib so it use MacOS Controls [*] and Win32 use Win32. Hub [*] the XDarwin version is a UNIX port.
