[Patch] Make BIDI link on Win32

Hi.

The following patch makes BIDI link on Win32 again. I don't think this
has worked since we switched to Fribidi.

I do see one problem, NSIS is linked with the AbiWord libraries,
includeing libFribidi. But the library hasn't been built at that point
in the build process. Would it be possible just hand over a hardcoded
list of libraries to NSIS? I doubt it actually uses bidi  :-)
