We can finally import MSWord lists now. Thanks to Tomas for doing a lot of the pre-cursor work here. There are still some bugs to fix, and I have a good idea of what they are now. It needs lots of banging-on after I add some finishing touches. Screenshot attached of wv/examples/lists.doc as rendered by AbiWord.
