Some challenges for List importers.

Hi Folks,
         Here are a couple files representing the same MS Word
document. These docs contain simple and nested lists. The rtf is imported
pretty well.

These should provide some nice meat for the MS Word List importer.

I think I'll implement standard bullet type lists to match the MS Word
ones so we can easily round trip to/from MS Word.
