I don't know how stable it is or isn't, it more or less worked for me (still kind of picky). Yes the HTML importer is a plugin, whereas the XHTML importer at least was builtin (haven't had a chance to look over the cool importer/exporter separation to know whether it still is or not). > download a Windows version of it?
