Dialogs now have one more attribute - a help url. No dialogs currently use this, and it's not properly localized. I'll fix those points up shortly.
The idea is that by our next release, if a user presses F1 over a dialog, a suitable help file will pop up in a browser. The GTK+2.0 port will do this trivially through some new functions.
