Added error handling code so we dump UT_DEBUG messages, memory cleanup, and other minor bug fixes.
Still not ready for prime-time, but you can build via ABI_OPT_PEER_EXPAT=0 through the diving make. Modified File src/af/util/win/ut_xml_msxml.cpp
