There are some pretty fundamental bugs in revision marks right
now.
If I start with a blank document and choose mark revisions and start
typing, then delete back towards the start with backspace things go badly
wrong almost immediately.
The first two characters get swapped and things quickly progress towards
a segfault.
Have you seen this? Also undo seems to rapidly lead to segfault bugs. In
particularly I find I get get text beyond the end of document marker.
Unfortunately I haven't distilled a simple test case.
I don't know if this related to hidden text or not but I guessed it was
up your alley anyway.
