I really have to improve the autoconf detection :)  I
think that in latests snapshots things are getting
better for those installing Xft2 and keeping their old
Xft copy (ie, at least all those with a redhat 7.3)

I've leaved 1402 open as I've not yet tested i18n
stuff so extensively as I want to do.  Once I test it
I will close that bug.  I've closed the two others.

Ok, I will try to fix the gnome build, and I will
leave the gnome-print part to you :) (I feel like
cheating... the "gnome-print part" should be the most
difficult part ;)
