The Cocoa port builds again now, but it fails to start, giving me a
"thread-system not initialized yet" message and aborting; I tried adding a
g_thread_init(0) but it didn't seem to work (though maybe I messed up?)
o gr_CocoaGraphics: add missing UT_ prefix
o xap_CocoaApp: change user dir to ~/Library/Application Support/AbiSuite
o ap_CocoaApp: more work on plug-ins detection
o more UCS-2/UCS-4/UTF-8 conversion work
