I got this complaint, seems reasonable and very bad practice(we might

The code in tools/ttftool is a very slight modification of my ttfps
code. The main change made to the sources is to remove my copyright
notice, which reads
/* Copyright (c) 1997-1998 by Juliusz Chroboczek */
and used to be included in every file.
Removal of a copyright notice is a violation of the Berne convention.
I request that you reinstate my copyright notice immediately, or else
stop distributing ttftool.
I would also like to suggest that proper credit should be given to my
contribution in the AbiWord documentation, but this is by no means a
requirement.
