Excellent suggestion IMHO.

These fonts will require a bit more of care, yes.
The fonts that don't have the glyphs need to render their name, should
be rendered with another font (the sans serif default) and render a few
of their glyphs next to its name.

It's still better than Marc's work (which is much better than our
previous behaviour), because with the Word 2000 you don't have to go
until the font name to see how it looks.  You can see how all fonts
looks immediately.
