$(bindir)/abiword -> AbiWord-2.0

$(pkgdatadir)/AbiWord/bin/AbiWord_d
$(pkgdatadir)/AbiWord/bin/AbiWord_s
where, by default, pkgdatadir = $(prefix)/share/AbiSuite-2.0
- Note: ttf* end up in different places - I think there's a bug related to
this already.
