commit: insert symbol win32 dlg fixes

Some fixes for this dlgbox:

1. It does not allow to edit the combobox any more
2. It draws the sample char with the same colour then the dlg box

I'm looking into allowing this dlgbox to insert symbols from other charset pages others than the first one.
