Looks pretty cool and off by default all sounds good to me. I would suggest perhaps a different wording than "Export wiht PHP instructions for Abiword website"
methinks these embeded PHP thingamies could be considered Head note and FootNote with a special type of field added ... braindump ... blah ... man im tired. definately food for thought here* to tired to think of exactly i would put instead but i think it could be made clearer.
