1) I was referring that Aspell/Pspell supports UTF-8
encoded strings as inputs and outputs to its library
functions.

2) Discussions about this sort of stuff don't belong
on the AbiWord-devel list, but on the Aspell-devel
list. Talk to Kevin Atkinson.
