My /usr, /usr/bin, and /usr/bin/X11 filesystems are all
on seperate physical partitions on my RedHat 6.2 system. I have the most recent RPM
for 6.2 installed.

When attempting to install abisuite-0.7.12.i386.rpm as
root with rpm -Uvh abisuite-0.7.12.i386.rpm I get the
following:

abisuite ##############unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/bin/abiword: cpio:
link

When I try to install:
      abisuite-gnome-0.7.12.i386.rpm

I get the same list of missing dependencies that have already been discussed in this
forum.

When I install:

        abisuite-0.7.12-Linux_i386_static.tar.gz

and try to run abiword the splash screen appears and
I get a whole bunch of messages about various *.png
files and abiword just aborts.

Looks to me like AbiWord 0.7.12 isn't doing so great on
RedHat 6.2. My earlier AbiWord worked OK, but I've
wiped it out till a newer version that works on RH 6.2
is released.
