Hi,
I have installed AbiWord (the latest 0.7+ version ) by rpm. I cannot
seem to make it see the fonts in /usr/share/abisuite/fonts. I am using
xfs and I do have some truetype fonts installed and working as well as
100 dpi fonts.
I notice in the /usr/share/abisuite/fonts directory that the fonts.dir
file has a filesize of 2. Is this normal?
I have added the following to XFConfig-4 in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11 and to
the path listing in /etc/X11/fs/config
FontPath "/usr/share/abisuite/fonts"
I have also copied the Type1 fonts to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1.
There I tried to mkfontdir and ended up with a file size of 2 which I am
sure is not correct but I do not know where to start troubleshooting.
All help appreciated -- I am quite a newbie.
