Hi, Kevin
Thanks for the suggestion.
I downloaded abisuite.0.7.12.tar.gz from
http://www.abisource.com/dl_other_unix
After gunzip and tar, there isn't a directory
named abisuite.0.7.12, instead it is a directory
named AbiSuite. And there is no install.sh
in it, but some executables. Seems the abisuite.0.7.12.tar
is a precompiled version with some wrong links.
I executed AbiSuite/bin/AbiWord_d and got
the same error message:
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  serial 128 error_code 8 request_code 130 minor_code 3
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  serial 129 error_code 8 request_code 130 minor_code 3

So what could be the problem?
Thanks!

Cheng
