Greetings people! Time for the weekly bug count. This time I've removed the bug priorities since the new BugZilla (http://bugzilla.abisource.com) has a nice 'Get summary reports' function. I will keep posting the bug counts though as they give a good idea of how much activity there has been in the past week. This time there's a rise in both newly filed bugs and bugs pending QA. It would be really nice if some users would come forward and help with both triaging the new bugs and do QA of the fixed bugs. Without your help the developers will have to do that work, taking time from AbiWord development to do so. We're still looking for users to host the bugday. Please see uPOW (user Project Of the Week) week 6/2001 for details (http://www.abisource.com/mailinglists/abiword-user/01/February/0027.html) To do this, you only need time (once a week - at your preferred time) and some coordination skills (i.e., tell the people on the IRC channel what bugs to look at to avoid them duplicating work). Mix a couple of hours in advance and serve warm at #abiword on irc.gnome.org. And by the way - having multiple bugdays hosted in different timezones across the globe would just be immensely cool. Don't hold back if you would like to help!
