I like to print up envelopes to mail rather than handwrite. How do I go
about adding a 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 envelope to page sizes. I tried to use
custom, but even though I could select the numbers to type in the page
size, I couldn't type them in.
I am using AbiWord 0.7.13 on Linux Mandrake 7.2 with a 2.2.17-21mdk
Kernel and Enlightenment 0.16 as the window manager
