Keyboard Shortcuts

Might not keyboard shortcuts be shown on the pop-up dialog boxes that 
you get when you hold your mouse over a button, much like the shortcuts 
that are shown in the drop-down menus? It would be an added quick help 
reference, without having to even open the help document.
