In trying to compile the latest cvs source, I keep getting errors from
"make". I've tried several times over a couple of weeks now with
fresh sources each time. Here is the error:

In the libiconv/include/ directory, I have libiconv.h.in and
libiconv.h.msvc... As if something didn't get configured correctly
after doing ./autogen.sh and ./configure.
This is on RedHat 7.0, glibc 2.2-12, using gcc 2.96. What am I
missing???
