Printing

The facility I would like to have in AbiWord, is as well as chosing to "Print 
All Pages" or "Print From Page  - To Page", is to be able to "Print All Odd 
Pages" or "Print All Even Pages". 

This would be very useful when printing long documents on both sides of the 
paper.

Just a thought, but not vital!
