Folks,
I have read the archive for May and did look at the instructions
on how to set up AbiWord with true type fonts. I'm on Mandrake 8.0
and I have TrueType fonts set up on the system with the XFS font server.
I copied my TrueType directory in place of abiword's fonts directory
(renaming it fonts) as it already has the fonts.dir, scale, etc.
When AbiWord comes up I see the list of fonts but typing only
produces blank space. What am I doing wrong?
