I have read the letter from John Raines which suggests that I was
mistaken in assuming that Abiword was just the start of a whole office
suite project. Perhaps it was originally, but it now seems that it is
very unlikely to happen for a long time if at all.
This seems a shame, a golden opportunity lost. Perhaps I will find the
type of database that I am looking for somewhere else. There is
certainly a need for one.
