Page setup fixed !Thank you. French spellchecker ?

Hello,
I'm also very happy that this bug is fixed. Great thank you to the developers.
I use the 0.9.2 version of Abiword on Windows ME. How can I do to get the "patch" on my computer.

I saw in the Tools menu a dialog box for langage. Is it for install a french spellchecker ? When I choose French (France) and check the spell Abi underline all the words. I've not enough knowledge in computing to build a dictionnary
with the .hash format.
