Hello all,
After installing Xfree86 4.1 AbiWord gives the error message "AbiWord
could not load the following font..." I followed the instructions given
on the user faq and repeated in previous threads; namely, adding Load
"type1" to XF86Config-4. (I'm using Redhat 7.1 with Ximian Gnome, but
AbiWord version 0.9.2-1 for GNOME.)
Running chkfontpath -a gave me the error message:
error opening /usr/share/Abisuite/fonts/fonts.dir, unwilling to add path
What can I do? I'm anxious to get some sort of fix before my Wife finds
out--she can't function without AbiWord.
