0.9.2 needed this file too. I found it on-line and added it to the WINDOWS/SYSTEM folder.
I'm finding some real problems with 0.9.4 in Windows 98 and Windows ME. The biggest one is that the program won't open an .abw document when I click on the document. I can only open documents from inside AbiWord. Anyone else having this problem?
