I am a new Abiword user. There is a feature, "Customised lists" in the
"Bullets and Numbering" dialog, that is not documented. Does anyone know
what the format of the entry in the "Format" box is? I want to create a
list like the "Outline numbered" list in word, where there is a different
counter for each level of the list. Ie,
1. Level 1 item
1.1 Level 2 item
1.2 Level 2 item
2. Level 1 item
