No. The debug builds (the ones including all the features that don't work yet) have an Endnotes function, but it doesn't work properly yet. Footnotes and endnotes are unlikely to be in 1.0, although they might be. However, they are very likely to be in the next main release after 1.0 (which will probably be 1.2, although it might be 2.0).
