International shortcuts

Hi,

I think that abiword must change shortcuts when language of the 
aplication is changed. I'm from Spain and I have a lot of mistakes with 
it, by example when I want to use bold text I do CONTROL^N (Negrita), 
but it's CONTROL^B.
