little idea on how to print odd/even pages with abw:
create two little scripts (who can be selected always from the
print window dialog) that print the file on a ps and then print
the postscript file using psselect -o (or -e) file.ps|lpr .
In this way there's a little dependance but it's a easy way
to do it.
