I think there is a problem when importing the .doc document you will find
at

doc
Pages 2-3-4 are the index pages of the document. Well abi shows them with
blank pages.
On page 6 there is an header "Norme per il Tesseramento - Informazioni
Generali" which is not diplayed by abi
Not to speak about the tables :-)))))))
