I've grabbed the 18 meg tar ball of the source. Now that I've opened it, I find:

with no set guidelines on which directory to start in.. I have gone
through all of them, and "./configure" & "make" all of them, but not
sure that is the correct way.
I've looked through the online FAQ, to no avail.
Any tips, suggestions?
