2) Abiword crashed when I was playing about with footers and created a .CRASHED file. If you deleted the .CRASHED file, there's nothing we can do for you.
Yup. I think it's in our other documentation at the moment, but it might not be in the FAQ.3) I think it would be a Good Idea to add the answer to the FAQ. Agree?
