I found the problem. In both the norwegian and danish dictionary package the pspell .pwli file was missing.
One must put in /usr/share/pspell the files: nb-aspell.pwli which contains: /usr/lib/aspell/bokm�l nn-aspell.pwli which contains: /usr/lib/aspell/nynorsk da-aspell.pwli which contains: /usr/lib/aspell/dansk Note: the patch may be different on other systems.
